Cancellation Policy

Beautiful Brows Boutique is a locally owned and family-operated business.  As such, we appreciate you giving us ample advance notice of any cancellations, so that we can look forward to providing booking opportunities for the rest of the community.

Appointments over thirty minutes in length require 1 day advance notice for cancellation. Any less notice will result in your missed appointment being marked as a no-show, which may impact your ability to book future services with Beautiful Brows Boutique. This will be decided at the discretion of our team.

Appointments under thirty minutes in length require 3 hours notice for cancellation. Any less notice will result in your missed appointment being marked as a no-show, which may impact your ability to book future services with Beautiful Brows Boutique. This will be decided at the discretion of our team.

We do understand that things don’t always go as planned.  In case of extraordinary circumstances, please call us directly to make an exception.  We thank you for your understanding, and look forward to seeing you soon!

COVID Safety Measures

Masks are optional for your appointment at this time.

We ask that you do not enter the premises or book an appointment if you are:

• exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19
• If you were recently in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19

Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the store.  

We routinely conduct thorough cleaning of all surfaces and equipment, regularly throughout the day as well as in between clients.

Service Limitations

Please contact us if you require further clarification on any of these service limitations.  Complimentary patch testing before your appointment is available to ensure you don’t have any skin sensitivities to the ingredients. 

Lash Lift & Tint:

• Not suitable for clients with eye or skin conditions
• Not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Not suitable for clients currently taking medication such as blood thinners

Brow Tint:

• Not suitable for clients with eye or skin conditions
• Not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Not suitable for clients currently taking medication such as blood thinners
• Please note: the intensity of tint colour will gradually fade over the course of five weeks.
• Brow tint is not meant to colour the skin beneath the brow to fill in any sparse areas or gaps in hair growth.
• Final results may vary slightly from person to person, depending on individual factors, such as hair type,
